This printable 8-week yoga series invites students into a steady, faith-centered movement practice that integrates gentle strength, intentional rest, and embodied reflection. Each 60-minute class explores a distinct theme rooted in Scripture, offering space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the body through presence rather than performance.
Across the series, movement emphasizes supportive strength, unhurried pacing, and mindful transitions. Faith-forward reflections and optional breath prayers are woven throughout, creating an invitational practice that encourages trust, integration, and care for both body and spirit.
This series is suitable for personal home practice and as inspiration for teachers. Postures can be modified to meet individual needs, making the classes adaptable across a wide range of bodies, seasons, and experience levels.
