A simple grounding yoga practice followed by tea and community.
Service Description
This 90-minute experience invites your group to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. We’ll begin with a 60-minute class focused on breath, rest, and nervous system regulation through gentle, floor-based movement. During the final meditation, tea will be prepared so that your group can seamlessly transition into a relaxed 30-minute tea time with meaningful conversation. A printed discussion guide will be provided with either a somatic-based or faith-based theme—please indicate your preference when booking. If not specified, the somatic version will be included by default. This event is small by design, offering a calm atmosphere for deeper connection and reflection. 🍵 What’s Included: 60-minute gentle movement class 30-minute tea and conversation time Fresh and simple tea service, including: -A selection of herbal and decaf teas -Disposable tea cups, spoons, sugars, and napkins -Electric kettle and setup -Printed discussion guide (faith-based or somatic-based) *Please indicate* The discussion guide will default to somatic unless otherwise requested All participants bring their own mats or blankets.
